2.1 Account registration
Using some services on this platform requires registering an account. You should ensure the authenticity of your registration information and keep your account password properly. You are solely responsible for account security issues caused by your own reasons.
2.2 Instructions for use
When using this platform service, you promise:
Do not upload picture content that violates laws and regulations
Do not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
Do not use the services of this platform to engage in illegal activities
Do not damage or interfere with the normal operation of this platform in any way
Do not use automated tools to call services in batches
Three, free quota, credits and payment
Local tools: Tools clearly marked "local processing" do not consume credits, and the files will not be uploaded to the server of this platform.
Free cloud credit: Daily basic quota for ordinary users 10 images, the cumulative free successful processing reaches 200 Adjusted to daily after opening 10 images; Member's daily 500 Zhang, reset at 00:00 Beijing time every day.
Daily free AI picture modification: Free times are applicable to "Standard 2K", the specific times for ordinary users and members are subject to the page display; after the free times are used up, they can continue to use according to the price displayed before submission.
AI changes map position and credits: AI map modification is open according to current service configuration "Standard 2K, Precision 2K, HD 4K, Professional HD 4K" and other stable capability gears, in which the 4K gear is mainly for large image scenes exceeding 2K and is consumed according to the page display; holding a valid experience card can use one high-definition 4K altered image for free. The platform can adjust the underlying model according to quality, quota and service availability while keeping the gear usage, resolution and confirmed price unchanged. When the platform opens the experience card activity, qualified new users can use 1 high-definition altered image 4K experience card for free within the validity period. 1 time"HD 4K"; The experience card cannot be redeemed for credits pods or used in other gears. If the task ultimately fails, the pre-deducted YuZai will be automatically returned. The free tool experience YuZai provided by registration can be used for other clearly supported tools.
Withholding and refund: After the paid task is submitted, the credits may be withheld first, and the task will be automatically returned after failure or timeout; batch tasks will be settled according to the actual successful number.
Price changes: After the background adjusts the price, the price displayed on the page before the user submits the task and confirmed by the server shall prevail.
Safe use upper limit: The current daily safe use upper limit of credits is 100 Yuzai, this limit does not represent a free gift limit.
4. File processing and storage
Cloud processing will upload and temporarily save original images, reference images, intermediate files and processing results within the scope required to complete the task.
Ordinary processing results are expected to be retained 24 hours, the historical pictures of the login account are currently retained 7 days.
Some functions will call third-party AI, OCR or document processing services. Please see the privacy policy for the specific scope and data rules.
Businesses that require manual participation, such as manual orders and feedback, may adopt different storage cycles and be explained on the corresponding page.
The interface design, icons, copywriting, codes, etc. of this platform are all protected by intellectual property laws. No content from this Platform may be reproduced, modified, published or otherwise used without our written permission.
The intellectual property rights of the pictures you upload for processing belong to you or the original rights holder, and we do not claim any rights.
Six. Disclaimer
The AI processing results provided by this platform may have deviations, and we do not guarantee that the processing results will fully meet your expectations.
If the service is interrupted due to force majeure (network failure, server maintenance, etc.), we will try our best to restore it but will not be liable for compensation.
You shall be responsible for the legality of the uploaded content, and you shall bear any legal liability caused by illegal content.
7. Service changes and termination
We have the right to adjust, upgrade or terminate some functions of the service based on business development needs. When there are major changes, we will notify you in advance through announcements or pop-up windows.
8. Dispute Resolution
The interpretation and execution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If a dispute arises due to this agreement, the two parties shall resolve it through negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction where the operator of this platform is located.
